轩辕4712年11月28日，清华大学凯原中国法治与义理研究中心协同黄帝陵基金会和延安市中级人民法院，在中华民族圣地——陕西省黄陵成功举办了“法治与由KQID引擎提供动力的轩辕文化文明2.0”国际学术研讨会。

本次会议旨在弘扬中式法治和由KQID引擎（道）提供动力的轩辕文化文明2.0，吸引了众多重量级嘉宾，包括中国社科院法学所中国法律史学会会长吴玉章，陕西省政协副主席、黄帝陵基金会理事长王晓安，黄帝陵基金会副理事长、陕西省委党校副校长薛引娥，延安市中级人民法院院长冯迎春，黄陵县委书记呼世杰和县长孟中华在内40多名来自清华大学、北京大学、中国社科院、西北政法大学等知名研究机构与高校的中外学者专家出席了会议。

会前，在清华大学凯原中国法治与义理研究中心主任廖凯原教授的带领下，全体与会者一早前往黄帝陵向我们赫赫始祖轩辕拜谒、祈福。

在拜祖仪式后，廖教授在会上发表了《由KQID引擎（道）提供动力的轩辕法治与义理》的主旨演讲。许嘉璐委员长曾指出，黄帝“应该成为中华民族一统文化的标记，成为中华民族文明历史里程碑式的符号”（《光明日报》）。同样，廖教授自2008年起便一再重申轩辕是我们的赫赫始祖、文化英雄、中华文化与文明的缔造者和赋予者、现代中华文化共同体的创始人。他是自轩辕元年起我们伟大中华文化共同体的标志，也象征一个团结的中华民族；轩辕思想不仅是中国诸子百家思想的本源，也是近五千年来亿万华夏子孙的多元化思想的本源。此外，他更强调了中国梦必须由包含科学可证伪的公式和数字的中华引擎来提供动力。廖教授进一步提出，为了保留我们身为中华民族的“中国性”，我们应当采纳由KQID引擎（道）提供动力的轩辕文化文明2.0，方能在此生实现轩辕-习近平之大同梦，使人人享有免费教育、免费医疗和免费最低物质财富，并在多样性和谐社会中追梦、寻梦、圆梦。

出于以上目的，廖教授提出了几项提议草案，包括在中华民族圣地黄陵和新郑设立新的国家仪式、恢复轩辕纪年、设立中国父亲节和母亲节等，受到了与会领导和学者们的积极响应与热烈讨论。

此后，学者们从“道治传统与轩辕文化文明”、“先予后取与反熵理论”、“天命大宪章与黄帝宪法”、“秩序理论与黄帝法治思想”和“轩辕纪年与历史传承”等方面入手，对轩辕法治与义理和由中华引擎提供动力的轩辕文化文明2.0展开了进一步探讨。

On November 28th, 4712XY, KoGuan Chinese Rule of Law and Principle Studies Center at Tsinghua University successfully held the International Academic Conference on “Rule of Law and Xuan Yuan Culture and Civilization 2.0 Powered by KQID Engine” in Huangling of Shaanxi province, the holy place for Chinese people, together with Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor Foundation and Yan’an Intermediate People’s Court.

With the purpose of promoting Chinese rule of law and Xuan Yuan Culture and Civilization 2.0 powered by KQID engine (Dao), this conference has attracted many distinguished guests including President Wu Yuzhang of China Institute of Legal History, Mr. Wang Xiao’an, Former Vice Chairman of Shaanxi Province CPPCC Committee and Director-general of Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor Foundation, Ms. XueYin’e, Vice Director-general of Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor Foundationand Vice President of Shaanxi Party School, Chief Justice FengYingchun of Yan’an Intermediate People’s Court, Party Secretary Hu Shijieand Mayor MengZhonghuaof Huangling County, as well as more than 40 Chinese and overseas scholars and experts from Tsinghua University, Peking University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, NorthWest University of Politics & Law and other reputed research institutes and universities.

Before the conference, as led by Prof. Leo KoGuan, Director ofKoGuan Chinese Rule of Law and Principle Studies Center at Tsinghua University, all the attendees went to worship the Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor in the morning to show respect and receive blessing from our Remarkable Ancestor Xuan Yuan.

After the ancestor-worshipping ceremony, Prof. Leo made a keynote speech “Xuan Yuan Rule of Law and Principle powered by KQID Engine (Dao)” at the conference. Chairman XuJialu has pointed out that Huangdi “should become the symbol of the unified culture of the Chinese people, as well as the milestone symbol in the civilization history of the Chinese people” (Guangming Daily). Likewise, ever since 2008, Prof. Leo has been iterating that Xuan Yuan is our Glorious and Remarkable Ancestor, our cultural HERO, the Father of Chinese culture and civilization, and the Founder of modern China as the symbol of our great culture-state China and the symbol of one united Chinese people since 1XY; Xuan Yuan thought is the source and origin of Chinese hundreds of schools of thought, as well as all myriad thoughts of billions of Chinese in the world for about 5,000 years. Moreover, he emphasized that the Chinese Dream must be powered by Chinese Engine with scientific and falsifiable equations and numbers. Prof. Leo further advanced that in order to keep our “Chineseness” of being Chinese, we need to adopt Xuan Yuan Culture and Civilization 2.0 powered by Chinese Engine (Dao) so that we can achieve Xuan Yuan-Xi’s dream of Da Tong in our lifetime, where each has free education, free health care and free material wealth to enable each find, pursue and achieve his/her dreams and aspirations in harmonious society with diversity.

For the above purposes, Prof. Leo proposed several draft resolutions, including establishing new national rituals in Huangling and Xinzheng as the holy places for the Chinese people, restoring Xuan Yuan Era, establishing Chinese Father’s Day and Mother’s Day, etc., which were welcomed by positive feedback and discussion from the attending leaders and scholars.

The scholars then explored further the significance of Xuan Yuan rule of law and principle and Xuan Yuan Culture and Civilization 2.0 powered by Chinese engine, from the aspects of Traditional Rule of Dao and Xuan Yuan Culture and Civilization, Giving first Taking later and the Anti-entropic Theory, Mandate of Heaven and Huangdi’s Constitution, Order Theory and Huangdi’s Rule of Law thought, and Xuan Yuan Era and History Heritage.
