祁建建，2004年毕业于北京大学法学院，获诉讼法学博士学位。现为中国社会科学院法学研究所副研究员，中国社会科学院大学法学院副教授，硕士生导师。韩国刑事政策研究院（2006.8-2007.8）、美国哥伦比亚大学法学院(2010.9-2011.9)、英国伦敦大学国王学院(2016.12-2017.12)、葡萄牙科英布拉大学（2019.11）、澳门科技大学(2018/2019)等院校访问学者。
出版独著著作五部，合著二十余部，在《中国法学》《法学研究》《中国刑事法杂志》《比较法研究》《环球法律评论》等发表论文、研究报告、理论文章、译文八十余篇。
独著作品曾获得中国刑事诉讼法学研究会“全国中青年刑事诉讼法学优秀科研成果奖”著作类一等奖（2019）、著作类三等奖（2009）、论文类三等奖（2014），获中国社会科学院法学研究所优秀科研成果奖三等奖两次（2012/2018）；合著作品曾获中国法学会优秀科研成果结项奖（2015）、第三届中国法学教育研究成果奖二等奖（2013）、中国法学杂志社首届中青年优秀论文奖二等奖（2003）。

Qi Jianjian
Qi Jianjian, graduated from Peking University Law School in 2004 with a Ph.D.majoring in criminal procedure. She is currently associate professor at the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), also associate professor and master tutor at the Law School of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She was visiting scholar to South KoreanInstitute of Criminology and Criminal Justice Policy (2006.8-2007.8), Columbia University Law School (2010.9-2011.9), King's College London (2016.12-2017.12), Macau University of Science and Technology (2018/2019), University of Coimbra (2019.11).

She has published five monographs and co-authored more than twenty books. She has published more than eighty articles, papers, research reports, in "China Legal Science", "Chinese Journal of Law", "Criminal Science (China)", " Journal of Comparative Law" and "Global Law Review”, etc.
