Chen Gengfa
Chen Gengfa, male, Han nationality, born in April 1964 in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from the Department of Economics of Nanking University in July 1985 with a bechelor's degree in political economy and began to work for the Ministry of Neuclear Industry. In July 1987 he graduated from the Law Faculty of China University of Political Science and Law with a bechelor's degree in law and began to work as a full time practice lawyer in January 1989; admitted to a master's program in Japan in April 1991 and graduated with a Master's degree in civil law from Hokkaido University in March 1994 and received a Ph.D. degree in jurisprudence from Renmin University of China in July 2004. He studied and worked in Japan and the U.S. for several years; had been the director of International Department of Hualian Law Firm; began to work at CASS Law Institute in October 2004; currently Deputy Head of the Department of Media and Information Law of the CASS Law Institute.
