On March 10, 2014, a press conference was held at the Press Center of the Second Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress. Professor Sun Xianzhong, a research fellow of CASS Law Institute and a deputy to the National People’s Congress, answered questions raised by Chinese and foreign reporters, including how to become a qualified deputy to the NPC, the current situation and trend of development rural land rights, the crack down on “black economy”, and the violation of law in the use of scientific research fund.
