On April 28, 2015, the result of the Selection of “Ten Most Influential People in the Field of the Rule of Law in Cyber Space in China in the year 2014” was formally released. Professor Zhou Hanhua, a research fellow at the CASS Law Institute, was on the list of the ten most influential figures. He was chosen because of his work relating to the drafting of (the Expert Proposal on) the Law on the Protection of Personal Information and his opinions expressed in the media on the governance of the cyber space.
