On 14-18 May 2014, a delegation led by Professor Chen Su, the Secretary of Joint Party Committee of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law, visited the Law School of Helsinki University and attended the International Seminar on “Employee Participation and Collective Negotiation in a Time of Globalization”, jointly sponsored by Finnish Center of Chinese Law and Chinese Legal Culture, CASS Law Institute and Max-Planck Institute of Comparative and Private International Law, in Germany. Members of the delegation included Professor Xie Zengyi, Head of the Research Administration and Foreign Affairs Department of CASS Law Institute, Ms. Zhang Hui, an associate research fellow at the Department of Commercial Law of CASS Law Institute, and Mr. Li Jianfei, a professor at the Law School of Renmin University of China.
