This book is a review of the developments in the research in intellectual property law in China during the period between 2000 and 2012, including explorations of important theories and discussions on main academic views in general principles of intellectual property law, copyright law, patent law, trademark law, anti-unfair competition law, law on the protection of trade secret, implementation system of intellectual property law, protection of traditional knowledge, and other intellectual property related issues.
