On May 26, 2015, the sixth Legal Innovation Forum of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law in 2015 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At the Forum, Professor Zhang Shaoyan, an executive researcher of the Innovation Project “Improvement of the Criminal Law Judicial Protection of Human Rights”, gave a lecture on the “Direction of Development and Approaches to Criminal Punishment”. The Forum was presided over by Professor Liu Renwen, the Chief Researcher of the Innovation Project, and attended by many scholars, Ph.D. candidates and graduate students of CASS Law Institutes and CASS Institute of International Law.
