On November 1, 2014, the Academic Seminar on International Criminal Judicial Assistance in the Pursuit of Fugitives and Recovery of Stolen Money and Property was held at CASS Institute of International Law. The seminar was participated by over 60 legal scholars, experts, students, government officials as well as reports from various research institutions, colleges and universities, government departments, and news agencies, who carried out in-depth discussions on various issues relating to the legal basis, the practice and current situation of international criminal judicial assistance in the pursuit of fugitives and recovery of stolen money and property.
