On September 27, 2014, the Seminar on New Issues of Clinic Education in Criminal Law and Training Course for Clinical Legal Educators, sponsored by the Committee of Chinese Clinical Legal Educators under the Chinese Association for Legal Education and organized by the CASS Law Institute as part of the series of activities in commemoration of the Ten Anniversary of the establishment of the J.M. Program in China, was successfully held in Beijing. The seminar and training course were attended by over 50 clinical legal educators from over thirty universities, colleges, and law firms throughout the country and divided into three units in which the participants carried out discussions around the topics of “new issues in the clinical education in criminal law”, “the collection of evidence in the process of criminal investigation”, and “experiences in the clinical education in criminal law”.
