The Annual Conference of China Society of Legal History and the Seminar on Historical Experience in the Governance of Boarder Areas by Law was held in Xining City, Qinghai Province on August 15, 2014. The event was participated by over 100 representatives from colleges, universities and research institutions throughout the country, including Professors Wu Yuzhang, Gao Hancheng and Wang Shuaiyi from the CASS Law Institute.
