On July 8, 2014, the Ninth Legal Innovation Forum of 2014 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At this forum, a lecture entitled “Several Legal Issues relating to Governing Tibet in accordance with Law and Long-term Construction of Tibet” was given by Professor. Mo Jihong, the Chief Researcher of the innovation project “Construction of a Law-based Government and Improvement of the Chinese Constitution” and Deputy Director of CASS Law Institute. The lecture was chaired by Professor He Hairen, an executive researcher of the Project.
