Recently, the Supreme People's Court issued the Measures for the Implementation by People's Courts of the Provisions on the Record-keeping, Notification and Accountability of Intervening into Judicial Activities and/or Handling of Specific Cases by Officials and the Provisions on the Provisions on the Recording and Accountability of Judicial Organ Staffs for Intervention in Cases. The Measures put forward express requirements for people's courts to effectively carry out the two Provisions.
