On September 22, 2015, the Tenth Legal Innovation Forum of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law (2015) was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. The Forum was presided over by Professor Zou Hailin, an executive researcher of the innovation project “The Deepening of Economic Reform and the Improvement of the Commercial Law System in China”. At the forum, Professor Chen Jie, the chief researcher of the project, gave a lecture entitled “Reflections on and Prospect of the Implementation of the System of Registration of Stock Issuances in China”, in which she gave a brief introduction to the legislation and practice of the stock issuance system in different countries and, by taking the provisions on the issuance of stocks in the draft amendment to the Chinese Securities Law as the entry point, analyzed the implementation of system of registration of stock issuance in China.
