Professor Liu Zuoxiang Attends the Seminar on “Law Journals and Promoting the Rule of Law in a Comprehensive Way”

On July 24, 2015, the Seminar on “Law Journals and Promoting the Rule of Law in a Comprehensive Way”, jointly organized by China Society of Law Journals and the Law School of Hebei University of Economics, was held in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The seminar was attended by persons in charge or editors of some core journals of law in China, including Professor Liu Zuoxiang, Vice Chairman of China Society of Law Journals and Editor-in-Chief of the journal Global Law Review. The seminar took “The epoch Characteristics and Theoretical Value of Selection of Topics by Law Journals” as its theme and was divided into two stages. At the first stage, keynote speeches were given by editors-in-chief and editors of various law journals; at the second stage, the teachers of the Law School of Hebei University of Economics expressed their opinions on the selection of topics by law journals and exchanged their views with editors-in-chief and editors of law journals on the problems they had encountered in the writing articles for and submitting articles to law journals.
