In the afternoon of March 12, 2015, Professor Liu Huawen, Assistant Director of CASS Institute of International Law, Professor Liao Fan, Deputy Head of the Research Administration and Foreign Affairs Department of CASS Institute of International Law and Dr. Luo Huanxin, an editor of the journal Chinese Review of International Law, met with Mr. Ernani Contipelli, Director and founder of CESR of Italy, and Ms. Simona Picciau, a research fellow at CESR. Mr. Contipelli is also a Professor and the Director of the Center for Politics and Comparative Constitutional Research of Autonomous University of Chile. During the meeting, the hosts and guests briefed each other on the work of their respective institutions and exchange opinions on the exchange and cooperation between China and Italy and between China and South American countries in the field of law.
