The second part discusses various specific human rights, namely economic, social, cultural, political and civil rights, according to the classification of the Universal Declaration of Human rights and the two international human rights covenants and in conjunction with the relevant provisions in the Chinese Constitution and laws; the third part is a collection of reports, presentations, and speeches given by the author in various international dialogues and seminars and other activities of foreign exchange in the field of human rights.
