On October 21, 2014, the Sixteenth Legal Innovation Forum of 2014 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At the Forum, Professor Chen Xinxin, the chief researcher of the Innovation Project "Studies on the Legal Mechanism for Promoting Cultural Development and Safeguarding Cultural Security", gave a lecture on "The Relationship between Cultural Development and Cultural Security". The Forum was chaired by Mr. Gao Xuchen, an associate research fellow of the CASS Law Institute.
