Under a foreign exchange and cooperation agreement between the CASS and Italian government, a delegation of CASS Institute of International Law, led by Director Chen Zexian, visited Italy on October 23-27, 2014. During the visit, members of the delegation participated in the "International Seminar on the Implementation of Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union" and the "Sino-Italian Seminar on the Implementation of Social Rights", both organized by the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), and visited the Institute for the Study of International Law Issues of CNR and the Institute of International Law of Sapienza University of Rome.
