On October 14, 2014, the Fifteenth Legal Innovation Forum of 2014 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At the Forum, Professor Lu Yanbin, an executive researcher of the Innovation Project "Studies on the Indices of Rule of Law in China", gave a lecture on "Indices of Government Transparency: Methods, Problems and Approaches". The Forum was chaired by Professor Tian He, the chief researcher of the project.
