On September 29, 2014, the Fourteenth Legal Innovation Forum of 2014 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At the Forum, Professor Xiong Qiuhong, the Chief Researcher of the Innovation Project "Procedural Law Safeguards of Innovation in Social Governance" and Professor Ye Ziqiang, an executive of the Project, jointly gave a lecture entitled "Theory and Practice of Citizens' Participation in and Supervision over Administration of Justice".
