On July 22, 2014, the Thirteenth Legal Innovation Forum of 2014 was successfully held at the conference room of CASS Law Institute. At the Forum, Professor Chen Jie, the Chief Researcher of the Innovation Project “Deepening the Reform of the Economic System and Improving the Commercial Law System in China”, gave a lecture entitled “Judicial Remedies for Improper associated transactions”. The forum was chaired by Professor Zou HailinZhao Jianwen, an executive researcher of the innovation project.
