In the morning of May 20, 2014, the Sixth Innovation Forum of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law was held at the Conference of CASS Law Institute. At this Forum, Professor Guan Yuying, an executive researcher of the innovation project “Safeguarding the Construction of an Innovative Country with an IP Legal System”, gave a lecture on the “Difficult Legislative Issues relating to the Protection of Expression of Folk Literature and Art”. The lecture was chaired by Professor Li Mingde, the Chief Researcher of the Project.
