Workshop of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law on Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and the Spirit of CASS Working Conference Held in Beijing
On March 31, 2014, the Workshop of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law on Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and the Spirit of CASS Working Conference was held in Beijing. The workshop was chaired by Chen Zexian, Director of CASS Institute of International Law. Professor Chen Su, Secretary of the Joint-Party Committee of the two institutes, delivered a mobilization speech in which he introduced the content, the importance and the main methods of the workshop. After the mobilization speech, Professor Chen Su conveyed the spirit of a speech given by Mr. Xi Jinping, the Secretary General of the CPC, at the national working conference of politics and law on February 17, 2014.
