The First Academy Lecture of Innovation Forum in 2014 Held at CASS Law Institute
On March 11, 2014, the first academy lecture of Innovation Forum in 2014, “Unjust, Framed-up and Wrong Cases”, was held at CASS Law Institute. The main speakers of the lecture included Professors Wang Minyuan, Qi Jianjian, and Sun Jiahong. They discussed such issues as the rectification of unjust, framed-up and wrong cases in China in 2013, the occurrence, rectification and prevention of unjust, framed-up and wrong cases in ancient China and in the United States. The lecture was attended by dozens of researchers, and graduate students of the CASS Law Institute.
