On March 10, 2014, Deputy Director Mo Jihong of CASS Law Institute met with a Swiss delegation of legal experts. Professors Wang Minyuan, Liu Renwen, Lu Yanbin and Xie Zengyi of the CASS Law Institute also took part in the meeting. During the meeting, Professor Mo Jihong welcomed members of the Swiss delegation and gave them a brief introduction to the history and functions of the CASS Law Institute as well as its role in the construction of the rule of law in China. Professors Wang Minyuan and Liu Renwen briefed the Swiss guests on the legislative and law enforcement issues faced by China after the abolition of the reeducation-through-labor system.
