The Blue Book on the Rule of Law No. 12 (2014), analyzes the development of the rule of law in China in the year 2013 from the perspectives of legislation, human rights protection, law-based government, law on construction of a clean government, criminal law, civil and commercial law, social law, and Hong Kong and Macao laws, and features a series of special reports on anti-corruption approaches in 2013 and forecast for 2014; crime situation in 2013 and forecast for 2014; supervision over the securities industry, protection of intellectual property rights, regulation of industrial parks, and legislation on charity undertakings.
