In the morning of October 25, 2013, Professor Mo Jihong, Deputy Director of CASS Law Institute met with Professor Arndt Sinn, Dean of the Law School of Osnabrück University, Germany and Professor Georg Gesk, Dean of the Law Faculty of Hsuan Chuang University, Taiwan. Also attending the meeting was Professor Liu Renwen, Head of the Department of Criminal Law.

After the meeting, the two visiting professors jointly gave a lecture on “The History and the Contemporary Fate of Security Measures”, with each of them introducing the history and the latest trend of development of the security measures system in Germany and Taiwan. The Lecture was chaired by Professor Liu Renwen. Professor Zhang Shaoyan and Associate Professor Wang Xuemei served as commentators of the lecture.
