On October 25, 2013, Professor Tian He and Associate Professor Lu Yanbin of CASS Law Institute attended an open expert panel on judicial documents at the Supreme People’s Court. Other participants of the panel included scholars from Peking University, Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, and Beijing Normal University.
