On July 26, 2013, a delegation from the One Country Two Systems Research Center (CEUPDS) of Macao of Polytechnic Institute (MPI), led by Professor Li Xiangyu, the President of the MIP and the Head of the Center, visited CASS Law Institute. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Director Li Lin and Deputy Director Mo Jihong of the CASS Law Institute. The hosts and guests exchanged opinions on further strengthening the academic exchange and cooperation between the two organizations.

Director Li Lin and President Li Xiangyu discussed the new problems and challenges faced by the research on One Country Two Systems against the background of the development of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. Director Li Lin proposed that CASS Law Institute and the CEUPDS further strengthen their strategic cooperation by complementing each other's advantages and put forward four concrete suggestions on the research on One Country Two Systems in Macao. Professor Chen Xinxin from the CASS Law Institute and Professor Yang Yunzhong from CEUPDS introduced the basic frameworks, the approaches and the lasted results of the researches on One Country Two Systems of their respective organizations.

Other participants of the meeting included Professor Xu Chang, Professor Wang Yu, Dr. Liang Shuwen, Dr. Chen Huidan, and Mr. Ricardo Leong from CEUPDS and Professor Li Honglei, Dr. Li Xia, and Dr. Dai Ruijun from the CASS Law Institute.
