On March 22-23, 2013, the CASS Law Institute and the Institute of Comparative Law of Waseda University successfully organized the Chinese-Japanese Seminar on Comparative Labor and Social Security Law at the CASS Law Institute in Beijing.
Cooperation Agreement Signed between CASS Law Institute and the Institute of Comparative Law of Waseda University
On March 23, 2013, Professor Li Lin, Director of CASS Law Institute, met with Professor Yoshiki Kurumisawa, Director of the Institute of Comparative Law of Waseda University. The two directors fully confirmed the achievements of the long-term cooperation between the two institutes in the past and exchanged opinions on strengthening such cooperation in the future. During the meeting, Professor Li Lin and Professor Kurumisawa signed on behalf of their respective institutes a framework agreement on academic exchange between the two institutes. According to this agreement, the two institutes will carry out further comprehensive cooperation in areas of joint-research, academic conference and exchange of personnel. The signing of the agreement is conducive to strengthening the sharing of academic resources, realizing the complementation of each other's advantages, and deepening of academic change between the two institutes. The meeting was also attended by Professor Yoshimi Kikuchi from the Institute of Comparative Law of Waseda University, Professor Xue Ninglan, Head of the Department of Social Law of the CASS Law Institute, and Associate Professor Xie Zengyi, Head of Research Administration and Foreign Affairs of the CASS Law Institute.
