Liu Han (deceased), male, research fellow and doctoral supervisor, CASS Institute of Law; former chairman of the Research Committee of Jurisprudence, China Law Society; former vice chairman of Beijing Law Society; and former member of Executive Council, China Society of Political Science.
Mr. Liu Han had eight years experience in adjudicative work at basic and intermediate people's courts; he had been mainly engaged in researches in the areas of jurisprudence, political science and legislation, and published over 150 academic articles and over a dozen academic books.
