Research Area
Environmental Law. Professor Wen has published more than a dozen books and over 70 articles in various academic journals. He has participated in the drafting of the Environmental Protection Law, the Law on the Prevention of Atmospheric Pollution, the Law on Land Administration, the Law on City Planning and the negotiation on the UN Convention on Biodiversity.
