        Main Awards:

Her paper 'Corporate Social Responsibility: the Position of Law' won the First Prize for Excellent Papers in the Field of Commercial Law, awarded by the Commercial Research Committee of China Law Society in 2009; The research project "Research on the System of Settlement in Securities Law Enforcement", participated by Ms. Zhang Hui, won the first prize for excellent articles in 2007 awarded by China Securities Regulatory Committee; and her project 'the Impact of Capital Market on the Company Law' the Second Prize for post-doctoral projects supported by Science Foundation
