Seminar on All-round Advancement of the Theory of Ruling the Country by Law Held in Beijing
The Seminar on All-round Advancement of the Theory of Ruling the Country by Law, organized by CASS Law Institute, was held in Beijing on January 19, 2013. The Seminar was participated by over 30 experts and scholars from the Supreme People’s Court, the Ministry of Justice, the National School of Administration, Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University, Fudan University, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Social Science Association, and CASS Law Institute. The participants discussed issues relating to the theory and basic concept of ruling the country by law and expressed their opinions on the development objectives, institutional safeguards and approaches to the construction of the rule of law in China.
