Recently, Professor He Jingjing, an associate research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by CGTN (China Global Television Network) Program China 24 on big data and price discrimination. In the interview, Professor He discussed the difficulties and challenges faced by the Chinese Government in implementing the regulations prohibiting the use of big data by online traveling platforms to discriminate against frequent customers.
