On September 4, 2019, Professor Liao Fan, a research fellow and the head of Department of Research Coordination and International Cooperation of CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by the China Global TV Network (CGTN) program “Dialogue” on issues relating to the rule of law in Hong Kong. In the interview, Professor Liao mainly discussed the great pressure exerted by the continuous violence on the rule of law in Hong Kong and the negative impact of the biased reporting of the violent protects in Hong Kong by local and foreign news media.
