This book, as one of the earliest monographs in China on the theory and methodology of constitutional decision, is of great theoretical guidingsignificance to the methodology and practice of analytical constitutional law. It systematizes the methodology of constitutional decision-making, puts forward a relatively complete methodological framework, takes the constitutional review system as the platform, strikes relatively good balances among values, facts and norms in the process of constitutional decision-making, and, based on the analysis of relevant cases, puts forward a research approach with interpretative capability.The theoretical views and methods put forward in this book are of important practical value and able to guide the practice of constitutional decision-making in the methodological sense.
