Qiu Ben, born in 1966, a native of Ningdu County, Jiangxi Province; bachelor of law, Jilin University (1989); Ph.D. in Law, CASS Graduate School (2000); visiting scholar, Institute of Federalism, University of Fribourg, Switzerland (2002-2003); currently research fellow at CASS Law Institute; specially-Invited professor and doctoral supervisor, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics; part-time professor and doctoral supervisor, Jilin University; part-time professor, School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law; part-time professor, School of Economic Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
