The Seminar on Hot Issues of International Law (No.3, 2019), sponsored by CASS Institute of International Law, was held in Beijing on August 10, 2019. The seminar, which took “Trade and Customs Legal System and Global Legal Service” as it theme, was the second of a series of activities held in celebration of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the CASS Institute of International Law. At the seminar, which was divided into two units, over 50 experts and scholars from various research institutions, universities, government organs and law firms, including the Ministry of Justice, Tsinghua University, Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Kingery, Sorini & Samet PLLC Law Firm, Yingke Law Firm, JunZheJun Law Office,  and CASS Institute of International Law, carried out heated discussions on a wide range of issues around the two topics of the seminar “legal systems of trade and customs” and “innovation of legal service mode”.
