Recently, the Chinese Ministry of Justice decided to establish the Expert Committee on the Filing and Review of Administrative Regulations and Rules under the Ministry, to be responsible for theoretical research and practical work of the filing and review of administrative regulations and rules. A total of 20 experts from various universities, research institutions and law firms in China have been nominated. Among them is Professor Li Honglei, a research fellow and the Director of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of CASS Institute of Law. The list of nominated experts of the committee is disclosed on the official website of the Ministry of Justice for publicity. The period of publicity is seven days, from February 18 to February 26, 2020.
