It gives authoritative answers to 160 hot legal issues relating to the COVID-19 epidemic that have caused widespread concerns among the people on the basis of the current laws and administrative regulations and newly adopted policy documents and in light of typical cases, thereby actively responding to social concerns and passing positive energy of the rule of law to society.

The book was edited by an Editorial Committee consists of prominent experts and scholars in the relevant fields, including Professor Xi Yuemin, head of the Economic Law Department of CASS Law Institute and an executive member of Council the Economic Law Research Committee of China Law Society.
