The Annual Report on Cyber Rule of Law in China (2019) bases itself on the current situation of the development of the rule of law in cyberspace in China, carries out thematic study and analysis of the hot and major issues relating to the rule of law in cyberspace in the period between 2018 and 2019 from such perspectives as legislative theories put forward by the academic circle, law enforcement practice carried out by regulatory organs, and compliance with laws and regulations by industries, summarizes the characteristics of the development of the rule of law in cyberspace in China, and explores the emphases of the development of rule of law in cyberspace both at the current time and in the future.
