Jiang Xihui


      Jiang Xihui, male, Han nationality; born 1975, a native of Hengyang City, Hunan Province; Ph.D. in Law; member of the Communist Party of China; associate research fellow at the Department of International Human Rights Law, CASS International Law Institute.


      Education and Work Experience

1994-1998: undergraduate student, Southwest University of Political Science and Law;

1998-2001: graduate student, Law School of Renmin University of China;

2001-2004: doctoral candidate, Law School of Peking University;

2004-now: associate research fellow, CASS Law Institute

2007-2009: post-doctoral researcher, Research Institute for Financial Science, Ministry of Finance;


      Main publications

Mr. Jiang Xihui has undertaken many research projects, including National Social Sciences Fund projects, National Post-doctoral Fund projects, CASS projects, projects funded by the Ministry of Finance, and projects funded by China Law Society. He has published many articles in People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Study Times, China State Finance, China Legal Science, China Human Rights, Chinese Journal of Law, Jurists' Review, Tribune of Political Science and Law, Modern Law Science, People's Tribune, Journal of the Party School of the Central Committee of the C.P.C., Law and Social Development and other journals. He is the author of two monographs and co-author of over ten books.
